GlazingWe can only provide warranty against wind or water ingress providing the original frames were of sound condition and able to accept the appropriate glazing system at time of glazing. (Advice will be given free of charge before work commences). All glazing into new timber frames carry a 5 year warranty providing frames meet all criteria as per latest regulations i.e. Document J. All glazing into Upvc frames carry a 5 year warranty providing the original frames have proper drainage facilities. Our frames carry a 10 year guarantee Any damage due to vandalism, storm damage etc. cannot be covered. Replacement WindowsAll replacement Upvc windows are covered by a manufacturers 10 year warranty. This includes frames splitting or warping, handles, hinges and keeps. Hinges should be greased using a light graphite grease on moving parts. External sealants are guaranteed for 5 years. Joinery WorkMost of our joinery work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months depending on type of work and substructure. Each job will be judged separately and customers will be advised before work commences. These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights and can be extended for an agreed fee. We also offer to carry out an annual inspection at an agreed sum. (approx £30.00 depending on job size) Our Aims
